We had our vinyl liner installed (by another buiseness) 1 1/2 years ago. Since then we have constant leaking issues, liner pulling away from wall,leaked out over winter,etc. etc. They did come out and "fix it" several times. Sometimes no charge,others not our fault so pay. But...it never got fixed! Finally with pool season winding down in a month or so Harmons was able to come over,fix the leak,tell me what is going on with the pool and why. They did a great job inspecting our pool leak and installing our new pool liner. Everything looks great!
Update from last post: still amazing, professional, and timely. Have used them many times at this point and will continue to do so. These people are absolute BEASTS!! Responsive, friendly, professional. They even dress professional. Stuck by their word on schedules, and calls back. I was literally blown away! I ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you Tim and partner! You guys are awesome:)
