I have been coming here since 2019 I believe and truly the staff is all wonderful and accommodating and the Drs listen to you and try to take good care of you. I went in for routine lab work I didn't have an appt and I have been dealing with a tooth abscess and they insisted I stayed until I got checked out to make sure I was good and got medicine to help. I believe it was Mrs Amy and Mrs Pamela if im not mistaken who really showed their compassion and care and honestly I couldn't be more grateful. My wait time is never long... read more
Staff is very rude…. I had a misunderstanding about the location of my doctor’s appointment. Was talked to very rudely over the phone and then again in person. While filling out my paperwork, after being talked to like I didn’t have a brain, I decided this was not the place for me and decided to inform them I was going to go ahead and cancel my apt. Very sad
I visited this office only to get turned around due to them stating that my insurance was inactive (I verified that it was ACTIVE) and then I was told that I cannot be seen due to them “not finding my insurance information online” so I suggested perhaps they can call and I was told “no it has to be done online” alrighty then no problem. I honestly don’t understand why ONLY this office cannot find my information but (oh well life goes on right).
