We called late at night and Jim came out without hesitation! He is a great, very knowledgeable guy. He gave us good advice on how help our old unit survive in this heatwave! We would recommend him to anyone!

Jim is awesome! He is very quick to respond, which is very important, especially for the hottest day in the heat of the summer. My AC went out, and it was not blowing cold air. He's extremely fair with pricing. If it can be fixed, he will do it with a quickness. He's hardworking, honest, fair, and kind. He even showed me how to clean the AC unit without taking the whole thing apart. No chemicals are needed, just a hose and water. She may be old, but she runs like a champ or TRANE.
