No real doctor on call....There are some great staff there that do interact with the family and patients...but there is one or two that they think they are above you...dont leave patient there long enough to really get better...
Story smith was the worst person to ever do anything for my child. My husband is working 5 hours away and he had concerns and she told him on the phone to cut to the chase and that she had other Er patients to deal with. I will never go back to this hospital while she is working here. I felt like she shouldn’t even be a doctor if she is talking that way to adults that are worried about their 9 month old child. She needs to be fired!
Staff at this hospital was terrible. A guy named Matt was very disrespectful to a family member of mine. Matt along with others violated HIPAA laws. Do not take your family members to this hospital. Report them to Jackson County. Rude, rude!!!!
