I sent them my booster to be repaired! 73 Torino. They called me and said a rod was missing! That’s 35 dollars more! They was rude extremely! Both the mechanic and receptionist! I tried to ask them questions about missing rod! In short order I was told! We are sending booster back to you! With swear words being used on me, they then asked for my credit card number! No!!!! I went to Harmon on the recommendation of a friend. I'm glad I did. They got the boosters turned around quickly, and Steve provided a demonstration of the boosters on their test rig when I went to pick them up. Steve took care to try to preserve the 52 year old stick on one of the boosters. I appreciate that level of attention to detail. I wish I had taken "before" photos so you could see the quality of their work even more.
Worst customer service and quality of work. Sent a brake booster to be rebuilt, gets sent back and the rod length is too long when trying to set the master cylinder adjustment. This is original equipment from the factory and the only cause can be the internals were set to the wrong thickness. Owner refused to fix HIS screw up!
We sent a brake booster and master from a 1955 Dodge Royal Lancer Convertible one year production and it was rusted and looking bad and we received bast super fast, I expected a longer time and the finish is amazing looks like just came out of a brand new box. Congratulations for a awesome job.
i have a 1973 international loadstar dump truck and had my brake booster rebuilt. We had some problems with the rebuild, but the customer service was good, and we resolved the problem, i took the truck on a couple of dry runs and seams to work fine. I will load the truck down 26000gvw with grain this fall and see how well it works..
