I've tried several auto glass places in the west metro, and this is where I've had the best experience so far - fairly quick repair, and done a little more neatly than the other shops I've used.
Harmon replaced the rear window on my Honda Odyssey because a rock went through the window. Charlie came out and did the "work," in the process he broke the third brake light, scratched the paint below the window, cut deep enough to see metal around the entire window for the old adhesive, and scratched one of the tail lights.
