Initially Crystal was helpful, but after our contract was signed, her professionalism dropped significantly. My husband and I was told we could only communicate during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm). She rarely provided updates unless we initiated the contact. This left us feeling as though we were an afterthought and not a valued client.
