If you don’t know this already, you should-Heidi is the best! I’ve had an amazing experience working with her at the American Family Insurance location in Le Center. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about making sure you understand your coverage and feel confident in your decisions. I highly recommend that you DO NOT get your insurance through this agency. I've made my payments on time and have been on auto payments for my entire time with them. I decided to move my car insurance due to the high rates that this agency provided. I kept my home owners policy with them. Apparently I had a balance for my car of $69, but I received zero communications about this. No emails, bills, or calls. Easy to deal with. Everything They insure is right through American Family. So it makes it easy to get quotes and coverage when you have a lot of different items. The closest to a one stop shop that I have found.
