Started a job in November which I paid for and still waiting for “ground conditions to improve” to complete it. It’s now May and the tree( trimming) I contracted for has fallen on my shed and damaged the roof and trim. Owes me $100 for second trip with equipment that never happened. I’m paying for repairs and had to have the huge branch professionally removed.
Got an estimate in November. Was told ground would need to dry out so truck could bring equipment in since it was a wet Winter. In Spring he reached out and said it needed just a bit more to dry out. Told neighbor he would come week of June 17. When I called to pinpoint an actual date he didn’t answer never returned my call. If you feel you underbid or took off more than you can chew, then be a professional and say it. I ended up going with another company instead of being strung along any further.
