Dr. Harman is great. She is knowledgeable and takes time for her patients to explain/listen to their needs. My problem is with her staff. We have been seeing Dr. Harman for over 1 year now and it is always a hassle to get the minor things, (RX refills, referrals, paperwork faxed...) done in an orderly fashion. Even when you try to make the calls hours/days in advance to get things done it still can take days. The longest was when I had to wait nearly 20 days to get a RX filled. Unacceptable as far as I am concerned.
