This is an extremely disappointing experience with Harman Customer Support regarding my JBL Reflect Aero earbuds. My left earbud isn't working, and despite multiple attempts, they refuse to provide a replacement or refund because I'm outside the US. They expect me to pay approximately $60 to ship the defective earbuds from Tbilisi, Georgia, to their US facility—a cost that's more than the earbuds themselves! Fiz a compra de um fone de ouvido bluetooth da jbl, depois de 2 meses ele estragou, vieram buscar e me devolveram outro diferente, e eu aceitei porém pensando que iam me reembolsar a diferença, pois me deram um fone bem mais barato. E agora estou aqui com um fone inferior e sem a diferença de valor. Decepcionada!
