Fiz a compra de um fone de ouvido bluetooth da jbl, depois de 2 meses ele estragou, vieram buscar e me devolveram outro diferente, e eu aceitei porém pensando que iam me reembolsar a diferença, pois me deram um fone bem mais barato. E agora estou aqui com um fone inferior e sem a diferença de valor. Decepcionada!

Pensava que apenas no Brasil o suporte a produtos era péssimo, mas descobri que a Marca Harman e JBL são péssimas nesta questão. Não há suporte, impossível de resolver um problema e manter a fidelidade. Deixei de comprar produtos da marca. É Mundial a insatisfação
