I bought carpet from these people 2 years age. The process was a mess, finally got my carpet installed. Wished I hadn't. I have had this carpet for 2 years. It is a matted mess and the fibers are pulling out of it. Carpet has no stain resistance. Seams look worse every day. The carpet I chose had good, better, best levels. I paid for the "best". Can't get in touch with them...I keep leaving messages...
