Good overall first impression! I was contacted by staff, offered an earlier appt due to a cancellation and was able to complete 99% of documents and copay prior to appt the next day. Thankfully I didn’t have to wait 3 months, which is typical nowadays. Dr. Grewal was attentive, addressed all concerns and explained the next course of action. Would recommend her and her staff for a pleasant experience!
Horrible service! The appointment was scheduled in Feb for a date of March 27th and they called the day before, March 26th, stating they had to push to June because the doctor wouldn't be in. More than a month out is absolutely ridiculous. I am waiting to find out what my aliment is and they don't seem to care at all. The person that called said " I called you this morning to get it rescheduled but you didn't pick up" Did she leave a message....no! She said she can't she has to just move on to the next person. I had her when she was in Hammond with North Oaks I really enjoyed her. I’m glad I found her again so I can continue my journey with her as my care provider.
