Terrible experience with this company. All was well until the first check was sent in. Communication dropped, materials are poor quality , company does not stand by their work pool has failed. No response from company. I’ve also noticed negative reviews on sites are deleted.
Terrible customer service. Can't count the amount of times I have called, left a message, talked with someone who needs to find the answer and then never called back for days. Multiple times suppose to come out to do work, repair or similar and just not show up. The pool installation is pretty nice but the service and communication isn't terrible it is atrocious.
