What a narcissistic joke this builder is. He personally came into our home and insulted our ability to know when something wasn’t right because we are younger buyers. We asked him to fix multiple new build issues in our home and each time he was more insulting and fixed the issues in the cheapest way possible. For example: we had huge open spaces where dry wall was cut away under our sinks that looked terrible and we had missing plumbing pieces. He had someone nail 2x4’s over the gaping holes.
