Love the washer and dryer, unfortunately the delivery crew did not set up the dryer vent properly. It leaks when I run the dryer. I called Harlow's and I was told to go buy aluminum tape to fix myself. They also said if I was closer they would come fix it. I paid extra to have them delivered to begin with. When the delivery crew came they only had a 14' cord. The distance between the outlet and washer is only 4'. So needless to say I have a bundle of cord behind the dryer.
