My experience was interesting and there were some mistakes made, BUT they were honest mistakes and the company took GREAT care of me, going WAY out of their way to resolve the issues and get me back on the road. For the level of service that I got the cost was very competitive. Called them today to ask some diesel questions and the woman who answers the phone is so incredibly friendly and helpful! I hope that they give her a raise.

They got my box truck in same day. AnnaLeah was courteous and professional, made check in quick and painless, and she got the parts ordered immediately. The guys didn't waste any time with the repairs. I was back on the road the next day. I'll be using them again, and will be bringing my personal vehicle as well.

After being shot down by multiple repair shops, Harlow Truck & Bus is the place… As a mobile business owner this place is where to go! Kind personality & Honest workers! Anthony was able to diagnose my issue with my truck quick and was very professional! Highly recommend going here!

I use these guys. They took 14k from me and after they did. They said oh by the way you need a new engine block. And I was like why didn’t you tell me this before I paid you 14,000 and he said oh well we had to fix this in order to find this problem. These people are con artist I would never take my truck ever again and I would advise everybody else to do the same thing. he told me I’ll fix the new engine block or whatever for 20 K for a new engine block after he took my $14,000k from me.
