Although I found Dr. Harlow to lack "bedside manner" I believe she is extremely competent in her field, and I felt comfortable with her diagnosis of my problem. I felt she was somewhat abrupt in dealing with me as her patient; however, that does not distract from her competence.
I did not find Dr. Harlow to be kind, caring or compassionate. My experience with her was frustrating and caused me to question her competence as a neurologist. Dr. Harlow is not exemplative of the quality care I've come to expect of Sanford.
