Affordable and nice being downtown but the apartment itself is horrible. Everything constantly broken, for example the trash chute has been broken multiple times but the most recent time it’s been now 2 months, my apartment is right next to the trash chute and people still put there trash in the there (the management does nothing about this) so it’s caused a horrible smell and many bugs to appear and we’ve never had bugs before. This apartment complex got roaches I wouldn’t move here. People are so unclean here it’s ridiculous. The place is ran by greed and the careless corporations like many new buildings in Columbus I wouldn’t dare live here. Don’t say I didn’t warn you
Overall it is a good place to stay, had no issues
