2nd year in a row. Gone in for an MOT and service. MOT OK, but they have done service after, and 2nd year running after a service oil light has come on just 1 day after! Can't get back there as in the care facility and need my car as not a 9-5 job! Plus, the labour charge was more than the work itself. Very expensive! Also want to mention they have never rung the right number given. Always ringing and messaging a mobile number I have never had
Always helpful, well priced and service top notch. Helped me out of a few jams in last year or 2 with unexpected problems and fixed quickly
Never used Harlow Motors before but they are local and could fit me in. I was Quoted £60+ VAT for Air Con Re-gas. Dropped the car off 45 mins wandered back and was charged £45 + VAT to be told there was a bit of a leak on the condenser and they wouldn't re-gas it. Would have happily paid the extra couple of quid for the re-gas and took a chance on how long it lasted (Usually re-gas every 2 years anyway) at least I would have had some value for my money. Don't think they are that bothered about anything. Used them before and was ok. Asked for a quote on 4 tyres, decent one I wanted but they couldn't be arsed to come and look at my current tyres. So I went to speedy fit in Enfield and paid £850, which was a good price for decent tyres as I does thousands of miles. Their loss i guess. Won't be back, will not be recommending. Hope they keep busy but when you think it's ok to not be bothered to call back, just say you don't want the job. Good luck to you.
