2nd year in a row. Gone in for an MOT and service. MOT OK, but they have done service after, and 2nd year running after a service oil light has come on just 1 day after! Can't get back there as in the care facility and need my car as not a 9-5 job! Plus, the labour charge was more than the work itself. Very expensive! Also want to mention they have never rung the right number given. Always ringing and messaging a mobile number I have never had
Always helpful, well priced and service top notch. Helped me out of a few jams in last year or 2 with unexpected problems and fixed quickly
Never used Harlow Motors before but they are local and could fit me in. I was Quoted £60+ VAT for Air Con Re-gas. Dropped the car off 45 mins wandered back and was charged £45 + VAT to be told there was a bit of a leak on the condenser and they wouldn't re-gas it. Would have happily paid the extra couple of quid for the re-gas and took a chance on how long it lasted (Usually re-gas every 2 years anyway) at least I would have had some value for my money.
