Kayla is wonderful! I've been back several times and always have a wonderful experience. My first time going here and getting sugared Kayla explained the sugar paste and the differences between the wax types. She always makes me feel comfortable and checks in during the services to be sure everything is still good (no pain, wax temp, etc). Emma waxed me last minute and later in her schedule and the service was still upheld and amazing! With this being my first wax EVER and in a vulnerable area it’s safe to say I was very nervous, but Emma made me feel so at home and very comfortable and kept good conversation. Within 5 minutes I was relaxed and had zero hesitation. She was fast, efficient, professional, and reassuring. 10/10 definitely will be back for many more!
