They use every tactic against the buyer and or tenant to force you to pay the building utilities taxes and other fees that have nothing to do with your rental unit. They also find sneaky ways to go around the system and manipulate DOB laws to up charge and create more dwelling units where it is prohibited in an effort to maximize their bottom line. Buyer or renter you have been warned.
