I had called a day before to know about there office hours and what I needed to bring to get my husband’s birth certificate. I went to the office the next day and a young lady attended me. She was so nice and even asked if I needed help filling out the application. I didn’t have an appointment and I only waited for about 7-10 mins.

Had a horrible experience with whole staff there, including, supervisor all either ignorant or uneducated and don't know what applies to their jobs, must not know different types of birth certificates they can issue. Even Brownsville place told me they could issue county,, city birth certificates, the Supervisor was telling me only people born outside city limits could be issued county birth certificates, funny how I went to next county and yes he wasn't born there and got the certificate I needed.
