Came to get family records, Hessica the front office worker was very pleasant, patient and represented the clerks office very well, professional AND very knowledgeable

I’ve called twice regarding my birth certificate, and both times the staff was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. They were patient, informative, and made the process much less stressful.
