I wanted to leave a quick review and say thank you to the Harlingen Statistics Office. I’ve called twice regarding my birth certificate, and both times the staff was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. They were patient, informative, and made the process much less stressful. Great customer service and very appreciated!
Friendly staff, helpful and professional
I had called a day before to know about there office hours and what I needed to bring to get my husband’s birth certificate. I went to the office the next day and a young lady attended me. She was so nice and even asked if I needed help filling out the application. I didn’t have an appointment and I only waited for about 7-10 mins.
