Atrocious Staff
The doctor is a very concerned and knowledgeable person. However, the office seems to run in the dark ages. They don’t utilize the patient records portals provided, won’t receive or send faxes if the 1 receptionist is busy, and are generally difficult to work with. Totally understaffed.
Would not recommend going to this place. The dr was alright but other staff not so friendly. Felt un welcomed and treated poorly. Was trying to accuse me of not trying to pay when It was error on their end due to their staff and not being prepared to deal with insurance.
