Tessa, Certified Balloon Artist provided a beautiful balloon arch for our 50th Birthday Party Saturday making our daughter’s celebration special. She presented many options to me, delivered and setup the display beautifully and provided a separate arrangement to brighten up the gift and cake table. Her price was very reasonable, and she is extremely easy to work with. I was @ Harleysville gift and party store today getting some balloons and other supplies for my event this weekend. This is the place to shop. The customer service was top notch.
We ordered 3 balloons recently a "2","5", and "Happy birthday", the day before the party. My wife was told it will still be inflated tomorrow, so she drove and picked it up Friday. She drove there and back, it's about a mile, maybe 3 round-trip total, out and back in 10-15 minutes. Large conversion van, brought straight in, no issues. That evening both numbers looked under-inflated, the 5 worse than the 2, by the following morning the 5 was on the floor, 2 was still on the ceiling but sad looking. What a beautiful balloon arch for our daughter’s baby shower! Tes did an amazing job styling the arch, matching her theme perfectly! I cannot thank her enough for accommodating the last minute date change due to weather. Tes also drove up from Harleysville to Fogelsville for our event, assembled the balloon arch quickly and perfectly! Thank you for the excellent communication and the flawless delivery!
