I have been waiting 11weeks for my daughters jacket. Ordered it Nov 9th and call every week checking on status. Now they blame weather conditions. Which is BS. 11 weeks and they don’t even have the jacket in store. And no where on the paperwork we signed says it will take this long. If I knew it was going to take this long I would of ordered some where else..

This place has horrible customer service!!! They said it would take 6-8 weeks for my sons letterman jacket and after 12 weeks we got it! After calling and calling and going to the store several times. The sleeves were dirty and the owner didn't care! At 11 1/2?weeks we tried getting our money back but they told us they would only give us half of what we paid for it back and that we would have to go back in two days to get the cash. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! To top it off they never even put my sons name... read more
The store assistant Lisa was very helpful and accommodating in helping me and Thomas get the jacket the way he wanted it. She adjusted the font size for Eizley Rose's name to be put on it and created a customized graduation year and arm patch. I am pleased and recommend them to anyone looking for a jacket or patches to be put on! Aiming for Christmas, Merry Christmas son you earned it!!!
