Sitting in the waiting room now. Was 11 minutes late for my appointment and now they wont see me but will see my children. Everytime I come here its anywhere from a 30 minute to 1 hour wait to see the doctor, but they decided to cancel me for 11 minutes. I will be finding another facility for my entire family. This is disgusting treatment to someone who has been a patient for several years!
Dr Hendrix is a great communicator. He really cares and doesn't stop until the health problem is solved.I highly recommend him and his staff.
Dr. Hendrix is knowledgeable and very compassionate with his patients. He provides excellent care, while his staff provides top notch service. They care and try to do whatever they can to be a part of the solution. From the front desk to the medical staff, I highly recommend.
