Was on a trip from Ontario to the East coast and halfway through noticed that 2 of the 4 fairing bolts had been lost along the way. Stopped in here and managed to find someone in the shop that spoke english. Acting as a translator, him and the guy at the parts counter managed to locate what I needed and lent me the torx driver I needed to put them in and check the others, which were also ready to fall out. My experience with this dealer was not as good as what others have described. I was traveling back to California from the Gaspe and called about needing an oil change. The bike was about 1000 miles past due for one and I wanted stop in and have it done. Their service department told me they were booked for the week and the earliest they could get me in was the following Monday, one week away!
