UPDATE - clearly you misunderstood that you lied and told me your third party company took care of the titling and registration. This isn’t an issue with the bike - it’s an issue that you illegally and falsely sold me a bike that had no title and then tried to back track and lied. I paid the fees for your third party to title it and when you realized the mistake, you wanna play the “as-is” card. You are a shady business and a liar. Have taken my 2013 Street Glide to the Service Department a few times now and "Z" treats me like a good friend and my Technician, Tommy, who Z introduced me to and I have been able to actually communicate with regarding my bike, have taken very good care of me and my ride. Any Harley Davidson service isn't inexpensive, but I always feel valued and appreciated here and Z and Tommy really take good care of my bike. They even wash it after a service. Where to begin. Bought a used bike, a trade in from someone else, according to Brett, they had since 2023….. Kawasaki Vulcan 900 custom, that they actually advertised as a 1700 but ya know, who needs to verify the VIN! List price was $1995. My FIRST bike purchase! How excited was I?!?
