Originally I had a bad experience with an employee in the apparel department. I’m military and travel all over the country and collect shirts. Have never been treated so poorly. I left a negative review, and management reached out to make it right. This isn’t a tactic to try and get free discounts or something, I was just genuinely not happy with the way my family was treated but the management really cared. Props to them, and I do think like the manager said if they would have been present we would have never had an issue.
