Refused to inspect my bike (not a Harley) claiming that NY state law says that only the original exhaust system can be fitted -- except they were completely wrong about that. Any time I have been in looking for parts or gear they have been incredibly snobbish, to the point of being reluctant to sell me anything at all just because I don't own an HD.
