Update: I originally felt frustrated trying to schedule an oil change because they were fully booked during the busy season, but I don’t want that single issue to overshadow my experience. I have to leave this review for the mechanic there richie, I was riding along on my Softail Deluxe, he pulled up on his bike next to me at a light in downtown Brooklyn, commented on my ride, asked about where I take it to for service, (I haven’t brought it anywhere since my local dealer closed) I told him, trust issues, he then asked if I knew about the recall, (I didn’t) wouldn’t you know it, he got me an appointment later that week, I got the recall service done, didn’t cost me anything, when I offered him a tip, he told m... read more
I went in here one day to see how this store appeared esthetically and I have to say it was BEAUTIFUL. I don't know much about motorcycles and I was dressed like a leper but they took the time to talk to me. The people also who come to this location are kind and helpful. I have to say that they ONLY have quality items.
We travel all over the USA and Canada as a group with our HD. One of the bikes had a small issue with the Amp gauge. All we needed to know is if the gage was bad or the charging system so we could make plans on staying or not. It was about 1 PM, they wouldn’t even look at it. Service had a bad attitude and told our guy it might be tomorrow but he was unsure when and IF they could look at it. 5 guys with Harley’s waiting.
