Lets start at the beginning, I was in an accident back in December of 2021. I had my bike taken there as they had just earned my trust again (Previous Ownership ruined it for me). The staff in the service Department kept me informed as to where they were on the repair estimate etc.. Bike was totaled and I went to work with the Sales Staff to find my new bike, I worked with Mike and he came through and found me the bike I was looking for and it was delivered in a timely fashion. I had the best experience at the Harley Davidson Quantico. My salesman Ethen went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was very knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping me find the right bike. He answered every question with patience and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. You can tell he loves what he does and cares about his customers. Make sure you ask for Ethen!
