Amazing experience, highly recommend purchasing from them. Drove over an hour and a half to see, test ride, and purchase a dream bike of mine. Ethan was amazing from calling in first all the way to helping load it on my trailer to head back. Sully was great and made the paperwork signing a breeze. Again great experience and I will go back when I’m ready for another bike!
During our cross country move from Seattle to Stafford, a lot of carefully planned details completely fell apart. Lets start at the beginning, I was in an accident back in December of 2021. I had my bike taken there as they had just earned my trust again (Previous Ownership ruined it for me). The staff in the service Department kept me informed as to where they were on the repair estimate etc.. Bike was totaled and I went to work with the Sales Staff to find my new bike, I worked with Mike and he came through and found me the bike I was looking for and it was delivered in a timely fashion. Purchased my Road Glide Limited here from Ethan and the process was seamless. Both Ethan & Mike helped me immensely at all hours of the day, were receptive to my concerns, and helped prepare all the required paperwork for someone out of state to come down and quickly and effortlessly purchase a used motorcycle. They helped arrange transportation and everything else I may have needed as well and did a lot to make sure I would be happy riding a bike from them. Great experience start to finish!
