I’m not much on leaving reviews but I wanted to let everyone know how great Harley Davidson of Montgomery was. I took the Riding Academy back in October with Ronnie and Briana and they were so helpful and explained everything. They made you feel comfortable about being on a bike. After passing the riding academy I wasn’t sure what kind of bike I wanted so I went to different dealerships just looking and found the one I wanted at Harley of Montgomery. Inept and incapable of providing payoff to the service contractor lien holder after going on now almost 5 months of asking and being told “it’s with accounting”. This has totally ruined my view of HD and their customer service basis. If I wanted this level of incompetency I’d call Joe Biden or Maxine waters . Canceled my prepaid service plan in September and it’s now almost February. Yall do the math
