My experience was 5 star first class service. I'm from Detroit, and my friend lives in Erie pa, popped his Cherry and bought his First Harley he found exactly what her was wanting and looking for. I called and Spoke with Karley she was outstanding and wonderful to work with. I bought a bell for my friend she sent me all items to choose from she helped pick out just the right one. Purchased my 5th motorcycle from Falconer Powersports. Every staff member is knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a motorcycle. They went above and beyond to help me surprise my husband with a bike and I am touched that it was as important to them as it was to me.
Great service and I dont own a harley

Bike sounds horrible . Openly admitted they arnt good with pan ams. Had me come get it running on one cylinder. It got worse
