I purchased my 2020 roadglide new from Kurtis in sales, the sales team was awesome to deal with, then just this spring my bike got wreaked in a traffic incident. I took it to my local bike shop. Their service department is incredible. On more than one occasion they have been able to get me back on my bike on short notice. Yesterday I had a screw lodged in my tire and was able to ride to their location where they immediately started working on my bike and quickly had me back on the road.
