Best customer service from Pia!
Sells and service personnel have been great. Management seem pretty lazy, slow or no returning calls. My grandad purchased a bike there last year and now can’t ride, after multiple left messages I finally got them on phone to set up rider to rider program for a weekend sell as the buyer is out of town. Finance guy says oh we only do that on Tuesday Wednesday and thursdays because we’re busy on fri-sat.
