Called in to schedule a Dyno for my bike a week and a half prior to my scheduled appt. Was told by Jimmy we open at 8. Arrived today at 8 and not only was Jimmy not there, Shane had to share bad news that the Dyno truck was overheating and someone should have called me to inform me but they might be able to do it anyway. No problem, how long to start I ask; "Oh well the Dyno guy doesnt get here until 10AM..." I chalk it up to poor phone communication and come back at 10am thinking there would be progress. took my bike in for first major sevice two weeks later and $1200.00 spent it leaked oil out everywhere had to contact harley they sent me to a diffrent dealership where it took about two months to get my bike back together becarefull who you let wor on your bike
Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Not what I am used to in a Harley dealership. No pressure on anything, and I enjoyed my visit.
