To Harley-Davidson Customer Relations, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a Harley-Davidson headlight kit that I recently purchased for over $500. How can you not have a recall on the Road Glide coil pack issue which can either shut down the engine or place it into limp mode. Tells a lot of the integrity of the organization by leaving it as a technical service bulletin, which are not available to the public unless you pay for them. So Harley thinks I need to pay to find out issues that can kill me? Be better.

Before you pay way overprice for a motorcycle beware of Harley’s ongoing bad reputation and horrible customer service. I’ve had many Harley’s over the years and been a Hog member for a long time. The last bike I purchased was a $40k Road Glide. It is less than two years old and the infotainment center/screen/ and maps continue to have issues.
