Absolutely rude customer service agents and cannot get answers needed to change finance companies and straight up bad relations with customers.
I just got off the phone with customer service and I was very unhappy they need a rep that doesn’t have a heavy accent so you can actually understand that. I’ll never deal with him again
Went to payoff the bike online, but you can't pay it off in one payment. They have a $3k limit (never seen this before), so I have to make the payoff amount in installments. But you can rest assured that they are still charging that convenience fee for each installment. You will notice these Harley "screw-yous" at every intersection, whether that be at the dealership, online, etc. Terrible treatment of its customers is just one example of why the HD brand is fading into oblivion at warp speed.
Paid our payments on time and then get called saying the payment was returned back to us. No reason why, and the payment was never returned to our account. Only way to have proof customer service says is to "mail our bank statements". It is 2022... get with the times. Cant email or upload our statements to a portal for proof? Thanks for making us pay again plus a late fee while we keep trying to sort this out. Scam company.
