Mark is great. Got to see his shop after my helmet was stolen on the road. He loaned me one for free until I could get a new one. While I didn't have any work done on my bike, after speaking with him about bikes, seeing the work he was doing and the fact that he went out of the way to make sure I had a helmet this place definitely gets a 5 out of 5
