I was in the market for a newer motorcycle, and I found Santa Maria Harley-Davidson had a 2026 that was barely used. I started with Felix, who was very responsive and got me specific information I wanted, in a very timely manner. When I arrived at their shop, Felix was busy with another customer, but Andrew was quick to jump in and help. Andrew was also extremely helpful, and easy to work with. These people are solid, honest, and reasonable. Very refreshing. Thank you SM H-D!
These guys are the best service providers I have dealt with in 20 years. We broke down and were stranded 60 miles from their shop. We gave them a call, explained our situation on how we needed to get to LA for an appointment. They sent a truck right away and picked us up. We got to the shop and they started right away on fixing the bike. They figured out the issue but had to order the parts.
