Props to Apple State Harley for their excellent Service Dept. Paul was great with communication as we needed service on the road and live over 3 hours away. Mike, Eric and Matt on the sales floor were super helpful. We were toying with the idea of getting a new bike after they repaired my husbands bike. We were treated with respect. All parties were not pushy or that typical 'car salesman' vibe. We'll be back for sure.
Never seen a Harley dealership turn away a biker coming in with a flat tire. These dudes ain’t about the lifestyle or about their fellow biker. Wish I could give 0 stars 7/8 Update They are saying sorry you felt we turned you away. We dont turn away bikes when it comes to getting them back on the road. They absolutely turned my buddy away said too busy even though we said we could wait they said no way they could get to it. Dissapointed with the Service and Parts Depts. Young and inexperienced service advisor seemed to have little if any knowledge of the Pan America motorcycle. We are traveling and needed a check engine/code and charging system diagnosed and tires. They scanned it and said the O2 sensor wasn't putting out a signal. All done WITHOUT a WO being generated so history for the code isn't in the system (warranty related). Parts dept dosen't stock needed parts or tires for the Pan America.
