This place is amazing! I was at the tail end of my 6700 mile motorcycle road trip when I hit a rock on my 2022 Harley Davidson Rd. glide Limited. It hit so hard that it bent the wheel and damaged the brake rotor. I was 15 minutes outside of Yakima when this happened. I called up Apple State and their event coordinator, Leanne answered the call. Staff was awesome.Sales people were very informative. Parts people were very helpful. Christy in service was very helpful. Got me in touch with Keith. In which keith solved all my problems on my bike was very informative, and told me that if I had any other problems to get back in touch with him, he would walk me through the other issues that I may have after I get back to kansas city.Just wanted to say again, keith and christie were phenomenal.You are very lucky to have keith in your dealership
My husband and I are over the road from New Jersey, felt a front end vibration. For a peace of mind we called ahead to Apple state to see if they can see us and help us out. I've really enjoyed stopping by Apple State Harley-Davidson for bike nights. The staff is always welcoming, and it's become one of my favorite places to ride to. I especially love the poker chip tradition—I get a black chip when I ride my Harley and a colored one when I come in my car, so it's a fun way to remember each visit.
