Highly recommend Harlem Kettlebell Club. I’ve been going off and on for a few years now. Initially with ClassPass, but then I eventually became a member. Classes are small with about 12-14 students and beginner friendly while also being intermediate/advanced so it pushes you outside your comfort zone. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my stamina and strength. The best part for me is that it’s walking distance to home so helps to cut down on excuses. Also love being able to support a local black owned business.

The owner, Jah facilitated a self defense class in partnership with Coach Rich and Julie. The class was informative and engaging. Rich and Julie were fantastic instructors and we all walked away feeling better prepared to protect ourselves should we ever need to. The facility was clean and welcoming. 10/10 experience.

I cannot express my gratitude for the team and community at Harlem Kettlebell Club. I am in-between moving, and they have an unlimited 2 week special that was perfect for me. If I was staying in the city, I would continue to come here! I’m sad to be leaving. Thank you team for making training challenging and fun. I feel extremely lucky that I was able to spend some time at this place. I recommend so so so so so so so much, and can’t wait to come back to the city to drop in to some classes in the future!
