I came in for heart problems and the staff left me unattended for several hours at a time for 5 days. They didn’t feed me for those 5 days and only Provided pain medication once in a blue moon. They also left me with 1 iv bag that wasn’t even dripping the entire time I was there. When I told the nurses I couldn’t breathe due to my heart issues they simply walked away from me. Nurse Zoe Carty provided exceptional care during my visit to the ER. She made sure I was well taken care of from the moment she started caring for me. When I had an allergic reaction, she acted quickly, listened to my concerns, and made sure I received the attention and treatment I needed.
