My experience started with a delay in getting assistance inside the showroom. It was a busy weekend, so I understand. Once someone attended me, the service improved a lot. I was looking for a coffee table and side unit combo. They helped me match colors with my existing sofa. Delivery took 4–5 days and was on time. One minor issue was a small scratch on the bottom panel, but since it wasn’t visible, I didn’t request replacement. Quality feels good for the price range.
Nobody will treat you better, as an educated consumer Do yourself a favor you deserve better service and competitive prices. If someone offers a better deal & Furniture Avenue can’t beat it, then you know you got a deal !
