ACPNY is great, doctors and all the staff are kind, listening, very satisfied. The one star missing is because of the building entry staff, they’re unkind and rude, arrived 7:58 for an appointment at 8, and they ordered me to stand and wait at the side just for two minutes, not letting me go up, without any resonable explanation why couldn’t I wait upstairs at the door. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable. ☹️
