Jun 05 2024 12:41pm The elevator service has been inconsistent due to misuse, ie too many people at once, holding doors etc. It is working again. New carpet has finally gone in, so the moldy smell in the halls is going away and the grass has been reseeded. This building can be very loud, ranging from screaming kids to barking dogs and some inconsiderate tenants. It's location to Save On and Walmart is convenient, there is so called, "secure" underground parking that is not very secure as my vehicle has been broken into twice... read more

Update: 11/06/2024: Elevator is repaired. There is a rat infestation on ground level, right outside the main lobby. Numerous traps have been placed around the property. I was recently issued a first time fine for improper garbage removal, a bed spring, the amount fined is against the Residential Tenancy Act. I removed the garbage myself, as Strata left the garbage in the parking lot. We bought this condo in 2017. The unit is spacious for a small family, comfortable, perfect location for everything you need. After the current president of the council has taken over the premises, everything was under control and issues were handled very well in terms of cleanliness, safety and security of the building. Being the owner of the unit, we are happy things are getting better in this place.
