When it's the sellers mistake the buyer should not have to eat the shipping charges! This place cost me $55 bucks by sending me the wrong part. I gave them the part number for a 2007 F5 front bumper. He told me he had it and I told him to ship it. He sent me the bumper for a 2006 F series. I returned it promptly. I waited almost 2 weeks for the refund, had to call to see what was going on.
