Harlan does good work and is a little cheaper than the Harley dealer, but it's still high on labor. Had the wife's Sporty in for work. It took almost 3 weeks and we still had to remind them of a couple of things to do before we picked it up. Also charged $180 to change 2 tires! The accessories and used parts are decently priced though. I know they have to compete with the dealership, but got to be more reasonable on labor costs.
