Long bs story but the short version is if Jeff showed a bit of pride in his work then they could have made a few more dollars and I wouldn't have been red tagged the very next day after picking up my truck from service. That shop lost a repeat customer over a lazy mechanic.
Your female field rep that delivers parts to big companies seems to feel the need to use her job as a dating service to pick up men. Even though she is married herself she finds the need to get personally involved with her customers. Phones calls after hours, personal pictures back and forth, on going texting during and after hours. Who knew that FleetPride was running a dating service.
After leaving my truck for repair, I monitored it's GPS for progress. I sadly and saw it sit outside their shop, in the rain, for 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, they charged 5 hours of work and recommended a new $3000 computer!!!! I paid the 5 hours of work, had the truck repaired elsewhere, and will not be back.
I found that Murray's Diesel is owned and operated by honest, certified mechanics, and they will meet or exceed all your needs for your diesel repair.

I did a service for my truck at this location they charge me More money for the parts and they don't know what they are doing I cant Rocmnd any one to go there.
I stopped in with my motorhome and Harland diagnosed my problem in minutes! The price was reasonable and he worked me in since we were trying to get on down the road. While we were waiting for the guys to do some work he gave me a tour and shared some pics of a Semi tractor he had converted to a camper and showed me the one he was working on at present. treated us like people not just another job to do.
